Thank you so much for leading the South Island trip we have just finished. Thanks to your excellent leadership and detailed organisation everything was so good. As the oldest in the group and the least able walker I did appreciate how you took care of me and made sure I still had a good time.
Please will you pass on my thanks to Steve also. He was very kind to me and took extra care with things like lifting my bag and walking with me at the end of the pack.

We had more than I expected The favorite parts were walking to amazing scenic spots, arches refection’s on lakes mountains stopping by rivers lakes beaches and bush to have lunch or snacks to enjoy the scenery.
Your extensive knowledge of the areas visited impressed particularly when situations arise requiring last minute adjustments to the program not to mention the thoughtful inclusion of interesting cultural visits. High marks all around.
Andrea from Wildside travel has arranged our overseas travel for the last eight years. She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and always happy to help. Andrea understands the special needs of sports people and those wishing to have a more exciting holiday. We have recommended her to all our friends and they have all had the same exceptional service as we have experienced. Keep up the good work.
For me (us), travelling as an athlete with a lot of equipment and baggage, Wildside are great because Andrea has a great understanding of our requirements and knows how to make our travel as easy as possible. Last minute bookings and changes are made stress free. Thanks heaps!
We have been booking our trips to races for many years with Andrea and it has made life so much easier for us. Andrea always puts so much effort into finding the best possible and cheapest deal for us. It is great being able to rely on somebody, who has the experience with sports people and their special needs.
After sales service , sometimes in remote locations and I need to change tickets around – that’s where having Andrea counts.
I’ve used Andrea Wildside Travel for overseas triathlon world championships for several years. The travel arrangements have always been spot on and the accommodation regularly comes in at 50 per cent or more below the official team hotel costs. I would never go anywhere else for my overseas travel arrangements.
Whether its bringing competitors to my Adventure Nelson events or sending me to the Pacific to compete in or create events, Wildside Travel has always done everything for me…… other than packing my bags. If you want to take the road less travelled, then take a walk with Wildside Travel.
I heard about Wildside Travel through my multisport racing friends who swear that Andrea is where it’s at when it comes to overseas adventures. My overseas adventure would not have made it off the ground had it not been for Andrea at Wildside Travel – awesome service and 24/7 assistance, 100% recommend!
As a professional athlete I need very professional service and Andrea provides just that.
She goes out of her way to get me information on visas, best flights, accommodation, local knowledge, overweight luggage – anything I may need and all with such friendliness and enthusiasm.
Thank you Andrea for always caring.
I have been booking my flights to race destinations all over the world with Andrea from Wildside Travel for many years and I will continue to do so because she is passionate about the sport and she goes the extra mile to make sure that I arrive with my gear on time. Her travel schedules and extra tips are worth every penny.
I have had the pleasure of booking my travel through Wildside Travel since 2009. Thanks to Wildside I am able to focus 100% on getting myself ready to race, safe in the knowledge that my travel arrangements are taken care of. The support offered far exceeds the travel itinerary itself. I am always impressed and very grateful for the extra attention, efficiency, value and friendliness of service provided by Andrea. I would recommend Wildside to anyone who, like me, loves the thrill and adventure of travel, but values the security and reassurance of a professional travel agency service.
Just back from Brazil!! Cheers…
I’ve been involved with Andrea at Wildside travel since our team started racing internationally 6 years ago. Our sport has taken us to all sorts of obscure places through China, Europe, South America and Central America. Andrea always sorts our itinerary out without a hitch. She’s fun and friendly to deal with, and has more than once got us out of a pickle at extremely short notice. I’d recommend Wildside travel to anyone.
Wildside Travel has been fantastic to deal with, organising all my overseas travel for the last couple of years. Andrea was extremely helpful re-booking my flights back to NZ and sorting out my insurance claim after I injured myself competing in Colombia.
Over the past six years I have been multisport and adventure racing all over the world. The adventurous nature of the sport often takes me off the beaten tracks. Andrea at Wildside is fantastic at ensuring I’m at the right place, at the right time, every time. Allowing me to focus on the racing.
I’ve been traveling the world extensively for over 20-years competing in adventure sport, having competed in 27-different countries. I learned quickly that in order to compete at maximum potential, efficient and smooth travel is a critical component to performance. Wildside Travel has provided our team with smooth, well organised and cost effective travel since 2011. The nature of our travel and racing often means our needs change and evolve, we often have to adjust our travel plans while overseas and Wildside are always just an email or phone call away, always jumping to action to help us out. We wouldn’t consider traveling to race without Wildside support. The highlight of our relationship was a trip in 2012 that incorporated races in China and France, which earned us the World Championship Title, again in 2014 for a second World Championship Title in Ecuador and again in 2015, a third Title in Brazil and a 4th in Australia 2016.
